What Michael did that was invaluable is got under the bonnet of my company and my processes to understand what I need. Before we even got to the CRM selection Michael has managed to help fine tune a few of the processes to get them inline across all parts of the business.

By understanding what it is we do and in great detail Michael was able to help select the most appropriate CRM system which he then tailored to what we do. This last part was so important, I can’t begin to think how many hours it would have taken me to set up the CRM with our fields and our process. Now Michael who helped design how we use it, choose the best system for us has also set it up so we can just turn on and use.
