With 23 years in marketing, business development and CRM systems implementation management across a wide range of industries, including co-founding BPI OnDemand, an award winning Oracle CRM practice, I have the unique mix of user and tech expertise to form a solid capability in system delivery.
Having taken 2 years out from work between 2014 and 2016 to fight leukaemia, I decided to only do what I really love – helping mid-sized and corporate businesses optimise the value delivered from their investment in CRM systems.
